I had numerous issues with these 2 individuals and if you look on apartment ratings.com you'll see that no one likes these 2 women because they truly can't run the complex, even their own maintenance guy states they don't lift a finger, he's the one doing everything - but they are vindictive individuals and liars. Why? Because I was so disgusted with their place I have the emails to prove that- and that I asked for the paperwork to be released which stated I was not responsible. i moved out and have witnesses at my residence now in July. Yet kelly and her incompetent manager Jennifer are evicting me when 1. I don't live there 2. I have the paperwork to prove it 3. They are stating that my ex needed to resign a new lease. Well that's not my problem after I am signed off by him - and that's given to them and secondly he told me he has an email stating that Jennifer told him he did not need to sign the lease if he moved out in 30 days which he did and they're trying to evict him and he's done everything by the book as well. He's out. But they evict so it shows up on credit. They seem to like to retaliate. Bringing an eviction to him when he gave them 30 days notice as they told him he didn't have to pay the break lease fee. So now that he's out and owes rent they think they're going to get it from me? I left in July. lawyers are involved because 1. I told Kelly to leave me alone once my ex signed me off and I was no longer responsible, 2. a fair credit attorney will be suing them for triple damages, and this game she is playing along with Jennifer is harassment.
