Subject: Internet Marketing Services Scam / BOSS Marketing Systems / Kenneth B Cobb / Kenneth B Cobb II

Kenneth B Cobb  sought me out, to pay his company a fee, to build my network of business associates an internet marketing system and CRM solution. He enticed me, with return on my investment, from splitting the fees that my business network would pay his company as a monthly member of the said service.
He and I signed a contract spelling out the profit splits we would share for my effort, work, and network I would introduce to the service. After I paid him thousands of dollars to build the system, we then introduced the service/system to my community of business associates. (100's of them)

Ken continued to complain that he was not making any money on the system I paid him for, despite the large numbers of users, whom I brought to the system, that paid him $49 monthly for the service. He completely disregarded our contract and only paid me for the first month of profit splits and kept all of the money following that time. He broke our contracts and ignores repeated requests to collect the money he promised to pay.
I would not have paid Ken for the service without the profit sharing he promised and stated in the contract. Ken is a fraud. He took my money intentionally and now solicits, with out my permission, my business network, enticing them with profit from monthly splits, in return for a large upfront investment for a system of their own.

In addition, Ken continues to bill my business members after the time they have canceled, I get numerous complaints from  members who despite canceling the service, continue to get money with drawn from their credit cards.
If you take the time to look hard at Kenneth B Cobb's background, you will find that this practice is not new to Ken. He has made an incredible living scamming business owners and investors on multiple fronts.
Ken is currently seeking out these industries to target for his shady business model: Insurance Producers, Network Marketing Companies, Real Estate Agents, and any company with a large network or potential of a large network.
Ken comes across as an easy going gentleman with business savvy in investments, real estate, stocks, and internet marketing. He will deploy any tactic required to build trust, integrity, and a relationship with his clientele. Then he will disregard contracts, promises, and continue to pursue more ways to get deeper into the pockets of the his clients. He will attempt to use, as credibility, his current clients including Usana (www.HFteambuilder.net), Mindset Unlimited (www.MindsetUnlimitedTeamBuilder.com), Global Resorts Network- GRN (www.GRNTeamBuilder.com), LeadNetPro (LeadNetProTeamBuilder.com), Real Estate Companies, and Insurance Companies/Producers. Ken will tell you what you want to hear, he is a master manipulator, and the closer he can get in business relations with you, the better he can scam you under your nose. Beware.

Ken Cobb, BOSS Marketing Systems Scam

AUTHOR: Scammed - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, January 30, 2012

It is convenient of Mr Cobb to make a rebuttal when the truth is spoken online, however he was not man enough to return phone calls when he willingly, knowingly, breaks his contract with his business client and keeps the money he clearly owes them. What Ken will not tell you is we have a contract, and in that contract he says he will pay per person with absolutely NO limit or lack of users. That is what I paid thousands of dollars for. He clearly decided he wasnt making enough money, therefore breaking our contract and dis-appearing with the money he contractually owes. Sound like a scam? He conveniently says Sorry guys, I am losing money even though you paid me thousands, I infiltrated your network, took their money too, solicit them, and I just cant justify paying you anymore, I just am not making enough from you** (exaggerating the last line.)

I agree that some people do abuse the platform provided by this site, however, when a predator like BOSS marketing and a smooth talker like Ken Cobb thinks they can make decisions outside of contracts it/he agrees to, this platform serves useful.
The bottom line is, Ken is trying to salvage an image of a business professional and a company worth doing business with. Hopefully you (the investigating consumer) will take advantage of the offer and call the company yourself and go through the smooth talking like I did, make the investment, have the same thing happen to you, and write your own report.

I have filed reports with the agencies and authorities who regulate this types of incidents. Ken says he will seek legal action in the traditional route, I have contracts and it is spelled out in very basic language what Mr Cobb owes, and the agreements of our contracts, so I doubt that will happen. My heart bleeds for the predator playing the victim.
The claims I have made are not false. The people who I know and introduced to the BOSS Marketing System are real, they were mis-treated and wrongfully billed and charged by BOSS Marketing and Ken, he owes me money, and my statements can be verified and we can prove it.

Ken is a classic scam artist, who will use the line Invest your money with me, and I will give you a return on the back end. Yes, I agree, I had work to do and a part to play to make a system like Kens successful, but this report has to do with these two main points- 1. Ken broke a contract with his client and kept the money he said he would pay. 2. Some of the professionals I introduced to Kens system, BOSS Marketing Systems, were in fact charged as long as Ken could get away with it, AFTER they canceled.

Either the person or the company has become desperate from lack of business. Maybe people smarter than me can read between the lines and do not fall victim like I did. Sadly, there are too many business professionals who talk smart, act big, and use language and technique that most anyone can mistake as a person /company of integrity, and clearly are not. In the case of this report, that is what happened. Make up your own mind, this is only MY opinion.
What makes this even more unfortunate for Mr Cobb, is this real, honest bad publicity that he is creating for himself, was created because he could not honor his contract and the amount owed is less $1,000. That alone suggests desperation of a failing company and person. I honored all my commitments with Ken, paid him good money, and sent good people to his service, the argument has nothing to do with the performance of such a service, but a contract that states payment made to a client who paid for it. Feel free to inquiry of me or ANYONE I work with or have worked with, and you can learn for yourself that this  is not false statements and innuendo.
Ken, thankfully, I do not need the money you owe me, but I will continue to fight for the principle of it. Others consumers deserve to know about people like you who think you can push others around, even your clients, because you are desperate.

Lastly, for those of you who are looking for a legit online marketing service provider that can meet your needs, provide integrity, honor contracts and customize a service solution regardless of your company or its size- I would recommend www.Naxum.com  As business owner, at times we have to find the duds to get to the studs.
Call other companies that provide similar services, compare services. Ask someone or the competition  in the industry if they know of other clients h*o have fallen victim of shady business dealings with Ken Cobb and BOSS Marketing. Unfortunately, I did not do that, and found out the hard way, but I have since met some of those people.
You can rebuttal if you would like to take the time, or just just send me the check you said was in the mail.

Rebuttal to Report

AUTHOR: Ken Cobb - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, January 26, 2012

There are many baseless claims, false statements and allegations made in this report by Cameron Sharp...  In reviewing the terms of filing this kind of report, it is obvious that this person is in violation of many of the terms such as "Reports should not contain:  false statements and innuendo".  The statements provided are merely opinion of someone who has not taken responsibility for their own inabilities and shortcomings of building a network marketing business.  Nonetheless, we do want to provide a rebuttal.

Cameron and Brandon Sharp contracted with our company to provide them our TeamBOSS system for their network marketing business, Lead Net Pro.  They sold themselves as very successful network marketers and made many claims that they could grow their membership into the hundreds (if not thousands) and therefore provide a profit for both parties, as there was a revenue sharing arrangement in place.  We completed their system at a reduced cost to their satisfaction and praise.  We even participated in assisting them with launching the system to their followers.

When the system was launched in June of 2011, only approximately 50 members signed up at a monthly subscription fee of $49.  Within a few short months, the small membership began to decline and we were informed that Brandon Sharp quit the business.   We immediately discussed with Cameron Sharp that the economics of managing, hosting and providing customer service to their system was at a point where we could not continue to keep the system active for too much longer.  Cameron Sharp then began to inform us that his members were not making any money with Lead Net Pro, he also was not making any money with Lead Net Pro... and he was concerned that the opportunity and company were not going to survive much longer.  He then began pressing heavily that he had lost alot of money on this technology investment and began to press for us to pay him commissions.  Our position was that since membership had fallen off dramatically and they had no plans and ability to grow the system, no commissions were warranted.

In order to try and re-coop some of our own investment in this system, we continued to provide them support until Dec. 2011.  But by then less than 10 members remained and we notified Cameron Sharp that we would discontinue at the end of the year.  We simply made a business decision that any reasonable person would understand.

The personal attacks and innuendos in Cameron Sharp's report are extremely unprofessional and absurd.  Our company has served thousands of happy customers and if there were disagreements, we've settled them amicably.  Unfortunately, consumers can take their grievances to the internet and file these type of slanderous reports.  Our only course of action is to post this rebuttal and to seek legal action in the traditional route.   We ask any reader that comes across this report to contact us directly if they have any questions or concerns.
