But I am still a realtor and the simple fact that he is out there ripping people off still today doesn't change the fact he's still a scammer. do not buy from this man he will stock you he will cuss at you he will call you on your phone at home he'll call your family your friends because simply he has no other life. he has no qualifications he has no license is he simply is a scammer so beware. I am still selling real estate I have several licenses I own my own business where is he is just a broke scammer. 10 Dinkins is selling real estate land owned by other people his name is not on the land before you buy anything from him check and be sure that he owns it because he literally owns nothing in his name.

All the lies and garbage he latter posts about the buyer after he's been caught and confronted shows what a pethetic person he is. He must spend his every awaking moment devising new schemes. It's evident he has absolutely nothing going on in his life with all the time he spends post trash about people on YouTube and his pethetic websites. Ken Dinkins spends an enormous amount of time hiding behind the names of others. He hides out of 2 post office address, has no home but actually lives in his sisters home. He holds no credentials, no license, certificates or anything of higher education yet he spends his every waking hour harassing those of us who have Made a name for ourselves, obtained professional licenses and a higher standing in the community. He spews lie after lie ,calls me out of the blue to cuss and harass me ( which I have on recording ) because he Thinks he can hide behind a computer and cyber bully people into not exposing what scam he has been perpetuating. It is clear to see you are clueless. 
Here are 3 observations backed with facts.

1. Why did you not disclose your full name?
Don't you think it's unfair that you make false,
slanderous claims about someone with no proof?
Why are you not stating your full name?

In reality, you should be sued for slander and defamation of character.
Ken is a high valued character- whereas, your values are low.
 
You cannot post online that someone is a criminal without proof- if you are unaware of this, then you have no understanding of the legal system.
Saying somone is running a "criminal enterprise" infers that they are a criminal. So what proof do you have of your "outer space" claim, and what planet do you live on? I do not think it's planet earth.

2. I purchased land from Ken on eBay several years ago. When
I bought the land from him, I paid him $1,100 and he accepted my credit card payment. I then resold it on eBay for $3,000 within 3 months.
Ken is still on eBay- you just don't have a clue.

3. Ken advised me of certain strategies to make money investing in land.
No one forced him to do that- I asked him how he bought the land for so cheap, and once I applied his strategies I made money. Now, Ken did not invent these strategies, however, he is a good teacher and I made money. I invested $3k of my own money on the materials and I made $11k after filing fees, so I netted about $8k in about 3 months. It was not lifechanging money, but it is up to the individual to make as most profit as possible, and I will most likely be implementing his other strategies when I get the time because I run a successful business myself.

 Ken Dinkins, how utter pethetic are you even bringing up someone's deceased mother. You most certainly have showed just how disgusting a person you truly are. This woman is posting lies about me, because I got her fired for harassing me
and also filed a complaint against her Real Estate License which has an investigation ongoing now.

Take notice this woman can not spell. She could not spell transferred, liar, warranty

I am a friend of Ken and this is a bogus claim.

He has clients that are attorneys, business owners, etc.

The person buying this is mad because they went online and it showed

the previous owner's name, but the county is always delayed in putting

the new owner's name. Also, the person making this claim is actually

a Realtor and she did not disclose that she was a Realtor when she bought it.

Also, if she is a Realtor and thinks this is a scam, why would she

pay for the land in the first place?
