A friend of ours that is a realtor told us about a home loan we could get even though our credit was bad.  SCS Private Funding is the supposed marketer of this company.

We gave them $3,500 in May of 2012.  They have put our closing off time and time again.  We had a contract on a house and have lost it.  We have been living out of a suitcase and from friend's house to friend's house for 2 months.

Help!!  What do we do?
