This person asked me to file legal documents in family court for him in Ontario as he had just moved to British Columbia. He sent me the papers and i filed them for him and he paid me with an NSF cheque. When contacted he blamed his ex-wife for draning the account and not telling him. That was more than a month ago and he has more excuses for not paying me than you can imagine.
I hope this information will prevent him from defrauding anyone else.
i will be following up with the family courts for his matters and do whatever it takes to make sure this crook does not scam anyone else.

He paid you after you filed a report, good for you. There may be more than one Ken Falcon, but if he has a skin disorder, that is him. He has a daughter Alissa and Christine is not his wife. His wife's name is Barbara, they never got divorce. He is a big scammer.

If the cheque was from EMResponse Systems, you should go to the police and complain of fraud. He knows that the account is closed, so it is very much fraud. Tell the police to cross check references with Langley police, as there are two filed complains against Falcon for fraud.
