Ken Folwell Top 10 maplisters Scam Artist. Tucson Arizona

In 2015 I approached a new E-Cig/Vapor shop in Tucson. I met with Bob McCarty and Patrick (The then owners and Patrick still owns). I told them that I could get them on the top of the Google results. Bob did not want to spend the money. I told him that since I vaped at the time I would be willing to a trade on juice. He agreed and we signed a contract of services and trade.

I recieved E-Cig juice to get started. I Never got any glass pipes or bongs as he stated in this false report. Monsoon Vapors does not even sell such items! I do not smoke marijuana either. Never have. You can call the establishment and even ask them if they ever sold such said items. They will confirm they never have.

I had Google headquarters in Mountain View California send out a Google verification post card containing a 5 digit verification pin code to register the business on Google with all of the updated changes that I made on my end. I never got that code from Bob McCarty. This is an essential piece of information for me to list a company on Google. It is even stated in the terms and conditions that Bob McCarty signed off on in the contract. You can see the section below for your review:

3.3. Satisfaction Guarantee.

Subject to any limitations found in this Agreement, including the limitations set forth in Sections 3.4 and 3.5, if your business has not been listed on the first page of GOOGLE MAPS for at least one search phrase(Search phrases are defined as: a keyword or keywords relevant to your core business, followed by the city and state of the address stated above within sixty (60) days of your acceptance of this Agreement and receipt of your Order Confirmation Top 10 Map Listers will refund to you all amounts charged for provision of the Basic Services, including the Setup Fee and any Monthly Maintenance Fees relating thereto (the “Satisfaction Guarantee”). If the client does not provide all necessary information or respond to Google verification process in a timely manner (one day by phone or three days by mail), the client will void the policy stated in paragraph 3.3. If customer claims their own Google Places listing the client will void the policy stated in paragraph 3.3. If there is a refund due, such refund will be made within fifteen (15) days of you providing notice to Top 10 Map Listers that the Satisfaction Guarantee has not been met. Once all refunds are made pursuant to this Section, this Agreement will be deemed terminated, and both parties will be relieved of any further obligations or responsibilities found herein.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Bob McCarty was bought out of Monsoon Vapors. I was told by a credible source (That still works there) that he was a very bad business partner and was a nightmare to work with.
