 had a very bad experience with Ken Grody Ford. My fried drove me over 60 mile from Canyon Lake CA 92587 to Ken Grody Ford-Buena Park  located at   6211 Beach Blvd.  Buena Park, CA 90621

on 1/21/2013 with $20000 cash to buy F-150 yestodayWe arrived at 12.40pm and waited for the truck to arrive at 3.40PM

Instead of the out door price of $25600 we agreed on, the manager asked me to pay $31000. He said the sales didn't no what they were doing, he would lose money if he took $25600 cash from me his best selling price is $ $27800 plus fee and tax, which makes the out door price around $31.000, which is $4000 more than the price we agreed by e-mails belowI

He also said the intereste rate is 13.9% the loan amount is $5600, the finance charge is $980 and the down payment is $20,000 

I was at Ken Grody Ford-Buena Park for almost 5 hours with my friend who drove me to the dealer.  I spent over $50 on gas, tread my friend luch and dinner for  $72. I lost total of $120 plus the whole day time

I am very upset about this experience. I felt I was cheated by Ken Grody Ford-Buena Park, I lost whole day and $120, my friend lost whole day.

When Ken Grody Ford-Buena Park made an agreement with me at our door price of $25600,  it should fulfill it instead of cheating people to their dealer and than increase the price of over $4000

I do not know how many people were cheated by Ken Grody Ford-Buena Park  this shold be stopped. Ken Grody Ford-Buena Park  need to run a homiest business instead of wasting people's time and money
