 Ken Hall, doing business as Motor City Angels and/or Motor City HellKats and through the website http://www.motorcityapparel1.com/ is defrauding both the bikers he is selling products to and the models he is allegedly using for biker related photo shoots. On the web page there are listed booking fees and tips ranging from $50 to $300 for photo shoots with models that no longer work with him, yet he is still collecting the fees. He uses a bait and switch technique of offering one model, but using another. He also is not passing on these fees to the models and coercing some models to pose nude for him. He makes outrageous and untrue claims for why models aren't at scheduled events or why they have left the organization. Some of these excuses have included models' family emergencies, models not being receptive and friendly with bikers, insurance companies directing him to dismiss models and models engaging in inappropriate adult activities for money. These are all false accusations and just consistent with the lies this scam artist is using. If you have paid money to this group for a model fee, contact PayPal immediately and lodge a complaint for a refund.
