This lowlife has cheated more buyers out of money then Bernie Madeoff. He runs a scheme to get deposit money and have it deposited in someone else bank account for the down payment. Then NOTHING happens, it all goes south. This creep is a real con artist, do not do business with him, you will lose your money and that's a fact. A proven liar but he gets away with it.
ALSO forget the FBI They are about as useful as a diet crouton. They have let this guy run wild here for over 6 years scamming people out of their savings, based on the fact that he steals in small amounts, the cops, the FBI, The DA's Office could care less, they have all been alerted along with TREC and they have done NOTHING. Powell has a license to steal.
I guess it pays to have this site because if you did not read it here you might have walked into his scam.

Mr. Manfredi is an angry old man that I have never done a transaction with. In approx. 2008 we were trying to do a deal and I required that he put his money up front and he refused because he was clearly trying to cut me out of the deal Nothing further transpired and years later he's still angry. Things must not be going very well in his life.
