I found one of kens products and asked the affiliate who was selling the product a question about it. He replied to me that he "thinks" it does what im looking for and I can "try it and if it doesnt i will get my money back.  I purchased the  product, read directions, found out it does not do what I wanted, and instantly asked for a refund. I sent numerous emails, created a ticket on his support system, and never heard anything back. The ticket was even deleted the next day. 

Then a couple months later I write to him again asking for my refund. No response. I wrote to him on Facebook, and he finally responded. He wanted my receipt which I forwarded to him. Next he said I was scamming him. Once I told him the situation he apologized and offered a refund. He stated it would be in 24 hours. That was three days ago. Again I am emailing him and no response. I found a phone number for him and I keep calling but no body answers.  Looks like I am out $97.  Paypal can not help with the matter because it is not a physical product that was shipped to me.

Hopefully this helps other people. Stay away from Ken Reno.  If anything else transpires or he actually takes care of me I will update this.
