PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM KENDALL TOYOTA THEY WILL SCAM YOU, THEY ARE DECEITFUL! PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! IF YOU BUY AT KENDALL TOYOTA YOU WILL REGRET IT! I have paid for my oil changes and tire rotations on the 2015 Toyota Corolla i had always using coupons. I first went To West kendall toyota for service cause they had a coupon on July 17 2017. While waiting I just looked at Camry and ask if I could look at the inside, well I was attacked by an individual to get me into a 2017. 6 1/2 hours later no purchase, They ran my credit 6 times when I was clear "DO NOT RUN CREDIT" they did what they chose to. One of the incompetent individuals said "you have $1,249.00 Service plan at kendall toyota and I tried to use it as down payment but they said you used it all. (First time I hear I had such service plan). Here the second part of my nightmare: I get to kendall toyota and the cuban sales man says, (oh, it's only $999.00)so he says we'll get you into a 2017. (My mistake I let them). I go back for the $1249.00 refund of service plan I had no clue I had...nightmare: All excuses: first: refund takes 6 to 8 weeks, NO refund plan expired, no refund too many miles on car 2015, NO refund unless you show proof you canceled. "Oh on April 2017 you used your plan" no I did not, Abner from service said "cancel the GROUPON this is a courtesy service" now they have retrieved what he did without me asking for a courtesy service and now since they know I paid for something I had no clue of, they have put it against the service plan. Now, I confirmed I had paid for plan on my loan throughout my monthly payment. $1249.00. I have proof of group coupon I paid and canceled per Abner .... I have receipts on have paid for all service with coupons. Why would anyone that knowingly is being billed and paying for 14 month for a service maintenance plan USE DAM COUPONS FOR SERVICE? KENDALL TOYOTA YOU ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS, THIEVES, LIARS! WEST KENDALL TOYOTA HORROR AS WELL THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS I FOUND OUT OF $1249.00 Owed to me by Kendal Toyota. KENDALL TOYOTA YOU will Not keep my money! Whether I canceled not canceled maintenance service plan I NEVER USED IT, I HAVE PROOF OF THE COUPON ABNER TOLD ME TO CANCEL. THE SERVICE MANAGER SOLD HIS INTEGRITY LATER ON... "SHAME ON YOU!" KENDALL TOYOTA does not reply to my emails because they are CROOKS and they know it will ripp them in court! Now you all hide, no response in writing Pathetic DESPICABLE RATS! I will not let you keep my money!

Regarding the report that you posted about the Toyota dealership

AUTHOR: Auto dealer fraud Investigator - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 29, 2017

I am a consumer advocate sometimes I stand up for the business and sometimes I stand up for the consumer I'm willing to spend some time looking into this situation and contact the management of the Toyota dealership that you're talking about 1 how long ago did you buy the car ? 2 did the finance manager sell you the warranty or the service agreement contract during the time of purchase ? Do me a favor post the finance managers name and the general sales manager's name. Post their phone number the local number not the 800 number the 800 number is no good to me trust me I know what I'm talking about. Let me explain 800 numbers to you when it comes to the automotive industry. Most of the time that dealerships do not own that 800 numbers that they use they rent them and when you call an 800 number even if it's from a blocked number they still get your phone number. try it sometime try to call an 800 number and block your phone when you call that number. sooner or later you will get a call back from them. not all businesses do this but I like local phone numbers. If you would like me to help you with this feel free to come back to this review and post your request for me to dig into this. I try to work with the businesses and keep things in a positive direction we will get much farther if we do that. Sometimes dealerships are willing to work with me and sometimes they are not. I do what I what I can to help consumers sometimes dealerships have done nothing wrong and I stand up for them and I also stand up for dealerships. let's see that their employee has done something wrong and they change what has happened to the consumer.

Several years ago I caught a Toyota dealership finance manager in Arizona submitting fraudulent loan documents to lenders for loan approvals placing consumers in fraudulent loans. I brought the knowledge that I acquired to the general manager of this particular Toyota dealership and he was extremely upset when I told him what was going on behind his back. I even thought at one moment that he was really pissed at me but that was not the case he was actually very happy that I told him that one of his Finance managers was submitting fraudulent loan documents to lenders for loan approval taking the chance of destroying the reputation of the dealership in the linders eyes. Several years ago the founder of Ripoff Report flew me to New Orleans to meet with auto dealerships at the large NADA Automotive convention. I flew out of Phoenix and landed in Los Angeles and I had to stay at the airport for over 3 hours waiting for my connecting flight to New Orleans I sat at a bar and I had a couple of drinks and I was talking to a lady that was a general manager of a dealership. I asked her what she did for a living and she told me what do you do for a living and I told her ladies first. She told me that she was a general manager of a import auto dealership in California I told her who I am and what I do. I told her my real name and she was blown away as to what I do and she told me look out because when you get on the airplane make note that most of people getting on the airplane going to New Orleans from Los Angeles are dealership owners and I'm sure that they are going to know who you are and what you do. I said don't worry about that because I can always take a negative and turn it into a positive she said I'm going to walk behind you as you walk on the airplane and see how you respond after somebody notices Who You Are and tells everybody on the airplane Who You Are. She was shocked because I handled it in a very professional way and many people could not wait to raise their hand and ask me for a business card.

I had a great time down there but one thing I learned about the automotive industry there are some dealerships that are usually doing whatever they can to make sure their customers are very happy if they can do what it takes to make a customer happy sometimes that's not possible. There was several people there that owned dealerships across the country and I got a chance to meet a lot of interesting people who are very passionate about what they do for their customers and they wanted the best technology that's why they went to the convention to find out the latest Innovations in the automotive industry to provide better services to their customers as well as taking care of their employees. No I am not posting my name because it's not about ego It's about we go.

I will do what I can but I'm asking you to post name of the finance manager that sold you the service contract and also post the name of the general manager of the dealership so I'm asking you to do some homework and get the names of these two people and post them so I know who I'm going to be contacting. I will do whatever I can to help you I asked you to email the founder of this website and tell him you would like to speak to the advocate in the automotive industry show him this report when you email him and email him your contact information and tell him you want to speak to the automotive Advocate. I will call you we will discuss the situation I hope you are glad that I'm taking a look at what you have posted and I'll do whatever I can if it can be undone. I will see if I can get it done but if it can't just remember I gave it my best. There are a lot of dealerships out there that really take a lot of pride in doing what they can for their customers so let's not expect the world handed to you but let's see what we can do. Make it a great day and remember this this is a part of my motto that I use. There are two obstacles that we have in life 1 the obstacles that you create 2 the obstacles that you allow to exist. If you do your part and post what I ask you to post and contact the editor of this website and providing with your contact information and he will forward it to me. I personally will call you but you have to show him proof that you are the one that posted this and you and I will work together because I want to make sure that I'm talking to the person that posted this report and nobody else and then after that I will call the dealership does this sound fair to you ? I will be looking for your response
