Like it was reported by another victim in 08/16/2013, the owner/landlord Kendra Padilla is the worst person you can ever encounter in your life as a landlord.

Even her attorney has resigned from all her cases, now imagine what she has done to get to this point and what else she is capable of.

This person is a compulsive liar and ripps off all the tenants with the help of "her broker" from Century 21 ALL HOMES & PROPERTIES CORP, who is probably part of her scam and helps her to keep the most money she can possibly keep from you. Also the brokerage company will make you fill out an application and will pull your credit saying this is just a screening for tenants and they will pull your credit for mortgage instead, you can have your credit ruined by this unprofessional realty company if you don't pay attention!!

Like it was mentioned by the other victim, she demands high security deposit, she does not follow the own contract and feels like keeping peoples money, inventing anything just to keep the money as her income.

Yes she will be harassing you day and night with phone calls and text messages and will demand you to respond to her promptly or else. She will come to the property as if it is her residence, she does not respect peoples privacy and peoples private life, she will make your life miserable.

She thinks she is the authority, she is vindictive and she will use her bare hands if necessary.

Do not even get close to this property even if this is the last roof available, to leave under the bridge is safer then having this person as your landlord.
