 These 2 men Terrence Harris and his worker Andrew scam homeowners into a service call for $59.95 through a broker service named "Kennesaw Appliance Repair", they don't have any idea how to diagnose or repair applicances.. they don't care if they make money off diagnosis, they make $59.95 on service call.. When Andrew got to my house (the window was between 4-7pm) he showed up at 8:15pm, no call.  I called several times to the company to check on the time the service man would be coming as it was after 7pm, they did not return my call.  Initially when I called Kennesaw Applicance Repair @ 678-341-5584 they told me I had to hold the appointment with my credit card for authorization only.. which I did (big mistake!!!).  so when the guy Andrew got to my house, he literally tore my washer apart and then told me the issue was my electrical unit.  He tried to convince me (a woman and child alone at home) that I have my washer hooked up to a wrong outlet, that I have it on 120v and it needs to be on a 240v.. WTF!!! Even I know that the washer goes on 120v and the dryer is on 240v... so I knew immediately he was a scam artist... when I argued with him that it wasn't the wall unit, that I lived in my home for 10 years with no issues, he then said that it has to be my "mother-board" then which will be $220 labor and the part is $300 again WTF.. you just told me that it was my wall unit and now you say its my control board and you have on in the car ready to replace... This guy was crazy.  I told him to put the owner on the phone, so I talk to another Whacked out con-artist named Terrence Harris and he tells me that he doesn't get paid the $59.95 and he has nothing to do with the call, he is overflow from Kennesaw Appliance Repair and that they are just brokers who contact people to service.  He was argumentative and denying he was a con-artist.  I informed him that I was recording the call, which Andrew saw my headphones on my neck, and he immediatly got fearful... after I hung up with Terrence, Andrew offered to do the repairs on my washer the next day, free of charge, and I would just have to buy the parts.  I just needed this man out of my house at this point. I took the top copy of the invoice and left him with the yellow copy which he told me I couldn't have, that I get the bottom copy, I told him no, since this way he can not alter the invoice where I wrote that they could not charge my card and this was a fraudent company and fraudulent transaction and I would fight it with my credit card company. This morning, I receive a call from kennesaw appliance repair asking about incident and they agreed to void the transaction.  Please beware of this company, they are scamming households.  I figure at $59.95 per call, and 10 calls, they make a good $600 per day screwing over consumers.
