Mr. Schneider has NO email address. He has NO cell phone number. Your only method of communication is to call (917) 733-3877, only to be sent to voice mail. He will only ever send you correspondence via fax. He'll immediately return all your calls BEFORE you send money, then fly out (first class) to your property on your dime, spend 15 minutes talking about anything other than your property, then get on a plane to never be heard from again.

DO NOT send one penny to Kenneth A. Schneider. He is expert at making excuses why he can't fund your project. We spent valuable time and $$$ providing letters from our civil engineer, FEMA, attorneys, title company, and even extended title coverage on the property.
