Kenneth A. Schneider of American Bridge Funding and/or KAS Funding is another scam artist and does not provide loans. He will charge you an "application fee" or "processing fee" up front and WILL NEVER PERFORM! He was brought to the table by a gentleman name Corey Manning of Tri-Point Mortgage Group and/or Ocean Ridge Capital in California. Mr. Schneider sent an LOI at which time we were required to send him $7,500 to cover his fees for travel and "processing". He never came to see the property and Mr. Manning gave us the run around about not being able to get in touch with Mr. Schneider because he travels so much. We turned to a different direction within a couple weeks of sending Mr. Kenneth Schneider the funds and immediately requested a refund of our $7,500. This was 4 months ago and we are yet to hear anything back from Mr. Schneider and Mr. Manning continues to give us the run around. I warn you, DO NOT SEND MONEY to these people!!
