Zychowicz and Mincemeyer claim to be Christians, they are predators. I opened my heart and home to them and they opened their bowels. I gave them the shirt off my back and they stabbed me in it.
Users, manipulators and backstabbers. Have not paid for living expenses in over 2 1/2 years. Had utilities in my name and ran up a $4000 bill and did not pay. Took them to court and they lied.
Pathetic people...BEWARE and BE WARNED!!!

Kenneth P. Zychowicz Preditors, Deadbeats, squatters, manipulators, etc...
No payments for 7 years of squatting on my property. Using my identity illegally to obtain thousands of dollars in utillities. Over $50K in personal property stolen while they were on the premisise.
