Kenneth's Heating and Air Kenneth's Heating and Air (Nightmare) Atascadero California

We had a $5500 Furnace replacement on 12/14/2016. We contacted the man who booked our job and reported feeling like air conditioning was turned on as soon as Trane heating unit shut off. The report was made January 1st 2017. We again contacted the worker on 3/3/2017. We told him our problem had never been resolved. He told us his boss had layed him off at the end of January but since we used Kenneth's Heating and Air on his advice, he would still come out and inspect the system. Upon inspection the worker reported a rip in the heating supply duct which was blowing hot air into the attic and allowing cold air back into the home immediately upon furnace shut down. He also asked if we had lent the men who installed the attic fan (Kenneth's CH and A) any tools. I said yes we had and he handed down my wife's expensive sewing sciccors, now ruined. When we called the owner, Kenneth, he called the man we had contacted "a disgruntled former employee" and continually disrupted both my wife and I in the rudest possible ways. Then he hung up. Please note, we have a 1 year warranty on this work and it was done on 12/14/2016. No matter now. We are seeking remedy through the Ca. State Contractor's Board next.
