I couldn't help but laugh when I read this. I use to work for Kenny and let me tell you his business practices are far beyond shady. He will sell you the dream and when it doesn't work out the way he swore it would for you he will walk away counting your money. Kenny in his younger years was a crack dealer and was imprisoned for it for 6 years. In fact, prison us where he received much of his realestate training. Add that knowledge to his backstreet business practices and you get the sorry excuse of a man you may have had the misfortune of running into today. Kenny makes most of his money selling these bogus education courses he's developed. Kenny himself list his mansion to foreclosure. Everyone in Tampa knows Kenny is shady and not to deal with him. We especially dint deal with his ill educated staff. You may have noticed from the spelling in his rebuttal. For example, lier, lol. They also like to use classy words like trifling. Stay away from Kenny. He its bad news for your financial future.

With over 500 houses sold to investors this is the very first time anyone has made a bogus report to anyone about the integrity of our company. 

We believe this Anonymous person is Tina Colebrook who owes Rush Capital Fund, LLC $3,750 for paying her bill owed to local contractors. It shows her true character as she is not honest enough to divulge to the public who wrote this report. She is using an anonymous or posting these reports under an alias Mathew.

||WHAT REALLY HAPPEN||

On or before July, 2012 Rush Capital Fund, LLC sold Tina Colebrook a property located at 1223 E. Giddens Ave, Tampa, Florida 33603. Rush Capital Fund, LLC also agreed to introduce Tina to local contractors to get the house renovated. This arrangement was done as a curtesy to Tina Colebrook with Rush Capital Fund, LLC not participating any any profits for the renovations. 

Rush Capital Fund, LLC honored its commitment and introduced Tina Colebrook to local professional general contractors to renovate the home. In addition, Rush Capital Fund, LLC provided assistance to inspect work that was done by the contractors, took picture for Tina Colebrook as well as recorded video's to assist Tina Colebrook as an out of town property owner. 

Half - way through the house being renovated Tina Colebrook stopped paying the contractors on the job site for work they had completed. It was at that time that Tina Colebrook ask Kenny Rushing, the Managing member of Rush Capital Fund, LLC if he could pay for work that had been completed on the job - site with the assurance that he would get paid back within a week when she borrowed money from her boyfriend. 

Mr. Rushing agreed to help Tina Colebrook and paid on behalf of Tina Colebrook the contractors for invoices that were over a month due. It's been almost 2 years and Tina Colebrook has yet to pay back Rush Capital Fund, LLC the $3,750 paid to satisfy what was owed to the contractors. 

Rush Capital Fund, LLC has made several attempts to collect from Tina Colebrook. It has been one excuse after another. Once Tina promise to put a check in the mail to Rush Capital Fund, LLC. Rush Capital Fund, LLC never received it.  Later Tina complained that she was experiencing some financial hardship and could not pay at that time and needn't to call us back. It has been over a year and Tina Colebrook is still playing games, posting negative things about Rush capital Fund, LLC online and has yet to call us back, or pay back Rush Capital Fund, LLC. We are fet up with playing these games with trifling Tina and are demanding our money!
