Kenny Rushing AKA Rush Capital fund Rips you off on junk properties Tampa Florida

 This man sells you junk properties, talks a great game and talks really fast, all the time telling you he is an expert in his field but the properties he sold me saying I would make money, his crew would rehab them great and sell within 3-6 months were a disaster.

This self confessed EXPERT and his crews gave a quote which was accepted, then they proceeded to go over budget not only 10% which is excpected but well over 50%  and still they had not even finished and the work was so bad, multiple realtors commented on  how bad it was yet he insisted it was great?

Mr. Rushing could never do the right thing and finish it with his money to put it right even though he was offered that back when it was eventually sold. I guess he doesn't beleive his own words about how great he is at selling and how his work is amazing and he is an expert.

Not only did he lose me money, but caused me a lot of stress, blamed me for running out of money????

Never would accept responsibility always putting the blame elsewhere, saying he charges $10k a day consulting!!

BE AWARE, if you buy from him  have your own inspection done and not by someone he recommends, call around and get your own quotes, all the houses he sold me were overpriced and a complete disaster, I beleive he wanted to rip me off because I was in another state.

BUYER BEWARE  do your homework and then some, pay for an independant inspection before you buy it will be money well spent.
