the @@@@@@@ mail box is 8 feet from my window and she behind my car 8 feet away in opposite direction was she poessed and turned her head all the way around to see damage 11 feet away. as damage is another 3-4 feet further from drive way,  i feel sorry for you to be so crewd as to lie over and over. signs of desperation...... your attorney must have told you dont be stupid there is no damage i did to you or yours, however as i stated i cannot say the same.  you even stole ideas from my yard video and told me to my face you were using them for your portfolio.  And yes i told everyone who used my power and what they owed at time, to my surprise i got another bill for 6-8 to 7-11 for 299.00 my average bill is 150.00  how about that  i guess your gas generator can no longer be gas.......i also told them you wanted me to sign to be sued as that is what you told me on 7-7 phone call..  Lead by god? you are a joke.

i have lots of relatives in athens, petersburg, middletown, etc...you are not immune to this ripoff.

Let's just Keep It Simple Soooooooooo - First of all there was never any mention of a law suit. I'm not stupid. All you needed to do is simply sign the statement of receipt of the 50.00 cashiers check. I came to your home, knocked on the door 3 - 4 times before you finally came to the door, only, after I saw your husband run into the house when I pulled up, but that is a moot point.  Anyway you dismissed me from your home WITHOUT even reading the statement, I showed you the cashiers check and it was there for you, simply, it is not abnormal for someone who is paying you money to cover themselves by having the payee sign for receipt of the payment. So to put an end to this, if you want to sign for receipt of the cashiers check, call me I WILL ONCE AGAIN bring it by and be done.  Oh one more thing, my wife was not peering in your house or looking at you, she was looking for the damage on the mailbox structure because I told her it had been hit again.  I hope you were honest enough to let the people that you applied for assistance from, know that you were indeed offered payment and you refused it.  I will continue to keep you in my prayers. Well i got my phone bill today.  From 5-12 to 6-11 there are 2 calls to ken and 6 to landowner.  also from 6-12 to 7-11 there are 9 calls to landowner and 10 calls to kenny. 

look at your phone bill kenny, guess that blows your 1 call theory out the window.  Also world on 7-7-12 kenny called says he is suing me for this matter and has to pay me per his attorney brings a paper and i guess a check (never saw it) (never read paper) told him i cannot sign anything i have a power of attorney for those things.  i still have no list of things he has done for me and still have not been served a summons..... What ya think ....will he confess to wrong doing or not?  We have security system and camera, and alarms all over property,  mrs kenny likes to sit behind my car and look in window, cant intimidate me sweetie...Obviously i have proven my end ..come on be a man of your word produce the list,  pay me , and then sue me,   i cannot wait i never do anything i cant win.  Let me also alert as to today i had to go apply for assistance for your debt, maybe the state will pay for it?  This is a darn shame... all over 50.00 for electricity, which is fair considering you never did anything you said to entice rita to let you use power in first place.  lets google this and see what others think?

Why is it when a black person gets a complaint they yell discrimination?
I challenge you to prove any work you did for me ever.... 9 years ago we purchased a deck from you for 300.00 and a promise to put the latice on it, 10years now later and it is still as delivered, have we ever mentioned it ever? NO because we just hung it up as a learning lesson. 

On this occassion you did no work for me, you asked me if we needed dirt i told you no you state you have to haul all this away, i volunteered that you can throw it in an old tree stump on the hill and my husband even did it for you after his job at night. you ask to use 15 minutes of power, we said ok it was longer than 15 minutes for sure as i stated.  I also told you dont worry about cleaning up the chunks of concrete you dug out i would have them thrown on the stump also... I did you the favor not reverse.... you are well aware my power of attorney called you when she saw the bill far more than usual, as the owner of this community stated you would be responsible for the usage as he was under impression you used a generator.  i am sorry your wife has been sick and i wonder if sympothy is sought after instead of responsibility.  I have the proof of all my bills as they are paid by power of attorney, dont use that as another excuse,.  You did make promises to me of building bird houses and as well installing a parking meter for me , guess what world he never showed back up til after i hired another man to do the work, kenny showed up as the work was done for which i also paid for, and have proof. 
my neighbors have stated you promise things to them also and have volunteered to witness the usage of power.  However all that is mute to me you have compounded my aggrevation with an insult of being a discriminating person, how dare you and all i have to say is you just made yourself part of a statistic of I have been discriminated here.  You have never been wronged by us, to bad i cant say the same of you.
You have been in my home, drinks provided, helped in any way we could, it breaks my heart to have been accused of discrimination may god be as forgiving to you as i am.  Forget the 50.00 it is not worth it.  However i shall forever remain and remind those of how we have been treated by you and yours.  so long custom design decks, and good luck in future endeavers.  i will be waiting for that list of many things you have done for RITA
And it will never arrive as you have done no work or favors for us or Me.....

In response to the alleged complaint from Rita regarding taking advantage of the disabled. This is not true. I did not take advantage, I spoke with the parties in question.  I told Rita I would pay her for excess electric  I used, with her PERMISSION.  She had someone call me and he told me I owed them $50.00 for electric, I told them I would pay them, I have been busy my wife has been sick and had surgery and then had to be hospitalized again since then. and I have two children. With all of this going on I sincerely and honestly forgot about them calling me, as I only received I call from them, that was recorded on my phone. 

I do not utilize text messaging, so if I got them, I wouldn't even know, my wife just happened to look at my phone last night, and saw their one and only text.  The accusation is not totally valid. I called them I told them I would pay them, however, I also told them that I feel like I deserve proof of the fact I used $50.00 of electric. The complaint of 5 days of use is a little bit exaggerated, as 3 of the 5 days I only used it approx 2-3 hours and not non stop at that.  Only to cut a few boards as needed. 

The other 2 days I was there for approx 8 hours, and again I did not cut boards non stop. Also the mention of the jackhammer, That of course anyone would know is GAS powered not electric. therefore that would be a total false portion of the accusations. I was not and am not ignoring them, which I feel needs no further explanation. She also failed to mention all of the work I did for RITA without charging her, but that was out of the kindness of my heart which is totally led by GOD.  Thank you for allowing me to post this rebuttal.
