Ken's Spring Hill Auto Repair Stole parts from my truck Spring Hill Florida

I took my truck to Ken's Spring Hill Auto Repair and it was misdiagnosed. When the truck broke down again, it was towed back to Ken's. Then owner then stated that the engine was blown and that I would need a new engine. As it turns out I had paid him almost $700 for fixing something that was not even the real problem. He refused to refund or apply the $700 to the charge for the new engine. I stopped payment on the check since he misdiagnosed my truck to start off with. He then held my truck "hostage." He first kept it in one of his repair stalls where he put stuff on top of and in the bed of my truck as well as putting tool boxes, etc. beside the truck to scratch the paint. Then he parked it outside and threw everything from wood to tree moss to beer bottles in the bed of the truck. Finally, we came to an understanding and I paid him $1500 to get the truck back. He charged extra for "storing" my truck. In order to get the truck back I had to sign a form stating I was taking the truck "as is." I didn't want to do this but there is sentimental value for this truck so I did it. Upon getting the truck home I discovered that the stereo and speakers had been removed, the drive shaft had been stolen, the catalytic converter was removed, and the blower motor for the heater had been switched out for an older one that was all broken and wobbly. They cut the connectors off of the wiring harness. There were cigarette burns on my truck seats and there were roaches in my engine that came scrambling out when I started cleaning the truck. For anyone that wants to have their automobile worked on in this area. Beware!! This guy will rape your vehicle and leave you with a mess. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.
