Kevin Foster - Cash.net or Cash Net Unpaid Payday Loans, Lawsuit, Prosecution Nationwide

Individual by the name of Kevin Foster left a vm and a number to call - (650)453-1540. I called back and talked to a representative who then went on to inform me that I had a warrant out for my arrest an unpaid loan in the amount of $5000. He had my email address, home address, phone number. Once I called him out on his scam, he became irate and said that the police would arrest me at my home tomorrow morning, and that I would receive a summons to appear tomorrow morning. I did my part in having him become irate when I told him I was an immigrant (false), he went on to inform me that I would be deported, said something about my mom. He had an Indian/West Africa accent.
