I was purchasing a security gate from Kevin I gave him a 2000.00 deposit and he never did produce my gate After several excuses and lies kevin agreed to refund my money Of course that didn’t happen either The police were called and I was told it was a civil matter What a crock I can’t believe this is considered a civil matter in my opinion it’s out right fraud and Kevin Gregory Oickle should be held liable for his actions

I ve also been trying to get a refund from Kevin any help for me would be greatly appreciated !! Has anybody been successful in getting their money back ?

I just read your post and I am sorry has happened to you too. I too have had a similiar experience. I did go the the RCMP and they did file charges (June 20th, 2018) and currently Kevin Gregory Oikle is being charged with fraud over $5,000. He is expected back in court on July 4th, 2018 to answer a plea to these charges. So I urge you to please call the RCMP again. The more people who file with the RCMP the more likely we are to have the charges stick. They have to prove intent. There are Ripoff Reports dating back to 2015, so if enough people over the years under his various company names report this then we have a much better chances at convicting him.
