Kevin Lee Maevers dead beat dad, adulterer, child abuser La Quinta California

Kevin has purposely with vicious intent destroyed his own children. He has falsely accused me his wife of 15 years, of physical child abuse, child abandoment, and has made this false accusations to Dept of Child Welfare and local police depts.

He wrongfully has neglected our son since we seperated in 1998 and turned him into a sociopath. Our son just recently stole over $6000.00 from his own family when he was 17 years old and then when it was discovered 2006, he ran away and has had no contact with anyone for l year now.

Now my daughter has been manipulated to believe I abused and abandoned her and will have no contact with me. When I leave a message for on the phone, a therapist writes a letter to court saying that my phone calls cause her to have post traumatic stress.

Kevin and I have to 2 children, our son will have no contact with either of us and our daughter will have no contact with me.

We have been seperated for six years before he decided to remarry, hence start divorce proceedings. During that time I took care of the children without any child support as he refused to pay any.

When several years later the custody and support was settled in my favor, he waged a campaign to alienate my children from me, in his attempt to have them live with him and avoid paying support. He was successful in alienated our daughter and encouraged her to continue to make false claims against me to law and welfare depts.

We have been in court for 3 years trying to settle our custody of our children, our children have been damaged and physically and emotionally abused by their own father and do not even recognize it.

He is a dead beat dad that never supported his only children, that only takes pleasure out of destroying them, because he thinks he is still hurting me.

When in fact the only ones he really hurt are the ones he was supposed to protect.

This story is not over, court is still ongoing, and I just pray that somehow these children will survive this abuse and damage, as the system is not working for them or for me.
