I have no idea how this guy got my Driver's License Photo, but this is my picture and my name is Kevin Ott, but I have nothing to do with any of this.  I've never been assocaited with a solar company, solar panels or any of the people named in this report.  Please remove my name and photo from this file.  It is libelous.

Just wanted to update everyone. Kevin is still at it. He conned a couple other investors into starting a Solar company. Sold a ton of jobs and never installed them. He was robbing peter to pay Paul. Most weeks we didnt get checks. After everyone realized he was full of BS, we all walked. Unfortunately He walked as well.

All those customers got scammed. He dumped off all the debt on his partners and bounced. He went and started another Solar company and switch his name yet AGAIN. This time he goes by Kevin Ott. I have his address and phone number if anyone is currently looking for him. I know he owes a lot of people money, he has pending court cases, ect.

Still More lies by this reactionary buffoon. I have leased my office in lakewood for 3 years and our lease is up in December 31st 2014. We decided to move the office to Arvada and will be open for business. Our office will not be ready until the the first of January while its being remodeled. If their was an eviction it would have been filed with the courts which it is NOT. Look it up. Not even a filing. This proves this man is a liar. I do however have a great relationship with my previous landlord and I would be happy to give you her number for you to contact her. Once again, my real number is 720-400-1284. This coward's real name and number are not listed. Not to worry, I have his number and his time is limited. The good news is I am now going to add Liable and Slander to my list of charges for this clown. I will post when this guy gets charged and arrested. Which will be soon. This will be my last post to rebuttal his nonsense. 

As you can all plainly see from Mr Murphy-Ryder's comments he is full of explanations but no real truth.  It's always someone else's fault and he just moves on to a new team, new investors, new state, new customers, new office - recently evicted from the last one in Lakewood.   Just look it up for yourself before giving him a dime of your money or time.   My opinions and story are not really necessary.   I hate to see one more person be a victim of his "business".

One day soon I hope a coward like this who hides behind a website that doesnt investigate facts but instead charges the person being attacked money, will be forced to take these BOGUS attacks off, In fact, Im confident they will get their justice in a real court of law were they will serve time. At that time the district attorney will also expose this person for the crook he is. This will be enough justice for me. I do however have an upcoming law suite agaist a former associate that with any luck will be going to jail soon. He might want to consider saving for his defense instead of attacking me. Last does anyone think it makes sense to provoke a former marine that you consider dangerous, and try to take down their business if you really think they are dangerous? How stupid and reactionary can you be? 

Before you do any business withKevin Murphy Ryder run background check on him.   On a more personal note this man is a TERRIFIC sales person.   He has talked investors out of $100s of thousands in a few states.   But beware he has a nasty temper and I believe he could be dangerous.   Just look him up before doing any business.   

I am the owner of this company and dont know where to start to rebut to so many lies. First of all we dont do business in Kansas and never have. Both of the ONLY complaints we have ever had are from this disreputable sight. Both complaints have occured after we have been in business for almost 4 years. We do however have an A- rating with the better business bureau in Denver. In fact in May we are eligable to have an A rating which I'm confident we will acheive. In almost 4 years of business we have had 1 complaint to the BBB by a former employee tht was just sour grapes as well.  We have lots of very happy clients that love our service and i will be happy to provide referrences if you call our company. I have been in Colorado for almost 9 years. Next it mentions Florida and our business and I have never been to florida except for a 3 day vacation 15  years ago. Any person or client with a REAL complaint would list it with the local BBB where they could investigate these BOGUS allogations like the police department or BBB. Furthermore if you file a false complaint like this maybe you should use your real name, a real city, a state we do business in, or a real complaint instead of trying to attack character with made up accusations. FYI we charge $200 to do an analysis that takes us at least 25 hours to accomplish, then we charge a consulting fee if our clients like our services. How much running with our clients money could we do for $200.00? These cooments are a Joke! Whoever wrote this probably should concentarte on improving their own situation rather than wasting time with bogus complaints!
