Back in January 2012 I commissioned Kevin Olinger from 'Play Action Customs' (if it even exists) to create a customised McFarlane NFL figure of Eric Metcalf (international world-class special teams kick-return and running back SUPERstar from the mecurial Cleveland Browns because somehow McFarlane had inadvertently forgotten to bring him out in a once only special limited edition best ever special teams kick-return/running back/moustache series).

After asking about the turn-around from time of placing the order/shipping to Australia/etc and exchanging a number of emails (I've still got the thread mr lawyer - including all the follow up requests that Kevin never responded to, asking for my bloody Eric Metcalf, interna...no wait we've been through that) I placed my order for  one reggie bush kick-return figure to be painted in glorious brown, emblazoned with no. 21's everywhere and maybe a bit of dirt, but not to much dirt because Eric Metcalf was too AWESOME and never got tackled.

Kevin told me he couldn't give me an exact time - that he took pride in his work but that he would start after receiving payment (in full), which I deposited into his paypal account the same day he sent his invoice (still January 2012).

Needless to say I've heard hide-nor-hair from Kevin since - again, despite repeated requests, because he is an arsehat.  I even had a friend (who lives in the States) suggest that maybe my emails were going to spam, which I highly doubted given Kevin was so eager to reply to all my emails prior to payment - he even banged on about the draft - whether or not Cleveland should try and pick up RGIII (which they should of but instead adhered to strict Cleveland Brown's daft...i mean 'draft' protocol and bought a 28 year old 'rookie' ex ball player to build the roster around - *shakes head*), how his favourite team was the Panthers, and what a great guy I seemed to be.  My friend then placed her own order, Kevin loved her too prior to payment but when she said "listen rippy mcripperson I'll give you my 115 bucks for MY figurine when you send my friend in Australia HIS",  Kevin said he'd never dealt with anyone from Australia despite - you know, our email thread/his invoice/my payment receipt.  What a muppet.

Anyhoo I've noticed that Kevin is still shafting people and thought maybe if I left my tale of woe here as well it might save someone from getting what the Browns get every year from their draft picks, nothing.  maybe this year....maybe.
