Kevin Simmons another scammer for the report pile Miami Florida

Hello, I purchased an automotive part for my daughters car in december of last year. I bought a NEW fuel pump for her 1989 toyota camry. The company I bought it from is global-automotive and the info I found on the owner is as follows:

The person here is selling many automotive parts on the internet and on ebay. Claiming them to be new he is selling them with a 1 year warranty. I purchased the pump with a "1 yr warranty" and installed it. I started the car, and it ran great. I then drained the fuel tank and it has been having suspension rebuild done since. Well, I went out and put new gas in it, and it refused to start. I found NO electrical fault, but the pump refuses to run at all. It is getting electrical current, but will not run. So, I contacted the company and was refused replacement. The part is under warranty, their ebay auctions state clearly they have a 1 yr warranty. It has only been 4 months, the car has not been driven more than around the block once to make sure it would drive all right. Now, my daughter is out a car until I can replace it, and I am out about 60 dollars, and time spent. I wish to file a complaint, in hopes that I can spare people the same mistake with this company I have had.
