My complaint is with ITV, the company to whom I returned the two Kevin Trudeau books. I followed the return policy to the letter and have the UPS return receipt. When, after a month my money had not been refunded, I emailed their customer service. After many emails back and forth I was told it would take 1-2 cycles for me to get my money back. I asked what this meant; their reply was the same - 1-2 cycles. I took this to mean 1-2 months or 1-2 bank physical statements. I told them if they didn't return my money in one week, I would go public. I see this as false advertisement by omission. If I get my money back, I will update this post, though I'm sure it will not be within the week. I have all the emails that were exchanged.
