Kevin Trudeau Extra Charges on our Account Internet

I just want to let everyone know to be VERY, VERY careful when ordering your Weightloss or Natural Cures book from Kevin Trudeau. We order our books back in July from an Info Commercial because our family has weight loss problems and some other aches and we were looking for HELP. While on the phone with the telemarketer they try to get you to sign up for everything and I remember specifically stating that all we wanted was the books we did not or were not interested in the "extras" that they had to offer.

Recently I discovered a $9.95 charge that was being deducted from our account and was never aware of what it was for. I contacted the only "800" number that was available on the website and was finally able to talk to a operator and the first time they gave me an 800 number that was for the magazine part of Kevin Trudeau's company and after a 20 minute phone call with them and with there supervisor I was instructed to call the first 800 number again and then I was able to talk to a supervisor and was given a 978-299-2998 this was for the newsletter. The problem was we have never received a newsletter from them. I was able to speak to another operator and she said she would cancel something that I never authorized to be taken out of checking account and the best thing she could do would be to try and get 2 months refund for us and that was the best she could do. I explained to her we never received anything that showed we were being billed and we never have received anything from them besides our two books.

I just want others to be aware and be cautious and all the people I have talked to today on November 21, 2007 all asked for our checking account number so they could locate us in our system but our bank informed us to give our information out to them. They were finally able after 3 phone calls to somehow cancel us from their system.

JUST BE CAUTIOUS and CAREFUL when ordering through Kevin Trudeau's website or through the info commercials.
