My credit card processing bank (listed) is refusing to pay into my account for a recent transaction they gave approval on. Claming the size of the transaction was a problem (just over $4,000) they said the Visa charge company would have to guarantee payment. I contacted Cabela's, the Visa Card Holder, who guaranteed their payment. My processor still is refusing to pay me. They actually have the money, but said will hold it 180 days before they put it in my account. A few years back when I signed with them, their representative agreed to pay charges up to $10,00 per ticket. In spite of my contract, they now are saying they only agreed to a $500 ticket max. Impossible, as I would have never have went with them. As a matter of fact, this is certainly not my first large charge with them.

The processor even contacted my customer, who signed their form abd carried the merchandise out of my business. He then confirmed he made the purchase.

Now maybe your thinking my business is shakey, but we have been in business over 25 years taking credit cards, have the same bank account we started with 25 years ago and our bank will vouch for the fact we are solid financially. My husband and I are very conservative with our money.

I don't think I ever even had a chargeback with this processor in 2 1/2 years. What is their problem, sounds like maybe they are not financially sound or maybe this is a new way of building up thir cash supply. Whatever it is, I'll bet we are not the only business they are doing this to.

Cabela's and Visa Card have never heard of a situation like this. Visa will do nothing to assist you, as no one today wants to take responsibility and do the right thing. A sad day for American Business!

I'm just afraid as the financial institutions become more and more shakey, they will continue to rip off small business like ours think feal can't afford legal recourse.
