Key Bank Ripoff Fee for this Fee for that Just give me all your money now Ogdensburg New York

I have been with Key bank for almost a year. Well this past week there ATMS were down twice when my husband went to deposit his paycheck for bills etc. So I waited till Friday which was the following evening and went across town to deposit the money. OK I thought all is good. Well come to find out I had 4 things bounce and one was a check the other 3 were measley debits for gas.

Anyways I was furious as we do most of our transaction through the atm and I felt since the machine was down they should refund my fee's. WRONG. The manager I think her name was Amy told me she had to call the ATM dept and look on a list. Well the list said they were up all day. WHich is a load of crap. So since they called me and my husband a liar and will not refund our 116 in fees I am taking my business elsewhere including our new mortgage in January. They will loose alot of money from us now.

Buy the way I do balance my checkbook but because the machines were down when my husband normally deposited his check I had no way of knowing to cancel the bills until after the holidays.

Load of Crapola...I worked 3 years for a credit union and we never treated our customers this way. This is bad bad business.

Stay away from Key bank..Unless you like fee's and you like being called a Liar.

If I am reading your statement correctly, a return check fee is for a check that YOU DEPOSITED, not one that you wrote.
