3/8/16.  These people sent an email stating they were legitamate service for ytax assist help especially if debt involved.

      Alternate phone numbers were :1-800-308-3000; 1-800-557-4048. I spoke with an Ashley twice. She hung up twice. I spoke with a Jason. Then, I spoke with a Richard, who stated he was a supervisor. Not once did they answer the phone

identifying themselves as Key Tax Group. They begin asking personal in formation with out qualifying who they are or that they are working for a droup of lawyers who might talk to you after they screen you. Richard would not admit to any qualifying credentials to be asking personal questions regarding your nature of tax assist.

I think this is a scam operation. Beware. Each time I asked to talk with an official representative of this "tax assist" group, I either got hung up on or the call was dropped. i did tell them I would be reportinh them. (Also I received no less than 18 auto text messages in 3 days and yet when I tried to call no one ever answered or I got a message saying they were closed.
