Keystone Plus Construction - Carlos Perdomo Mr. Perdomo Did not pay the correct amount for the paint job of one of his houses. Washington District of Columbia

I called Mr. Perdomo asking him for a job. He replayed back to me that hi had a job for me, but I had to start with one of his properties located in Mount Vernon, VA. I started to paint the house on Friday January 11th at 3:00 PM. On Sunday January 13, I had 98% of the house job finish. I was about to finish painting his house when hi decided to send some one else to finish the job without giving me previous notice. In other words hi didnt let me finish the job, because he said I was taking to long. The property is about 2500 square feet. I was supposed to paint only the inside of the house including doors plus cleaning of the house after painting. The estimate to paint that house by any painter is about 2000 dollars, not including the cleaning. Mr. Perdomo only paid me 250 dollars for the job I had done, hi told me after all that the paint of the house cost only 300 dollars.
