Keystone RV Company warranty & customer service is just plain despicable Goshen, Indiana

I purchased a new 2008 Springdale 291 SSR trailer in May of 2009 & have had nothing but problems with it. Keystone has been little to no help in getting things fixed & does not return calls. I have called Ketstone atleast 35 times in the last year.

The first time I used the trailer, the slide motor almost fell off, the microwave didn't work, the fuse box was loose, stove igniters were missing, awning has a hole in it, along with 12 other problems. I've owned this trailer a year & have had possession of it for a month, the repair facility has had the rest of the time. Keystone did not want to replace microwave or stove igniters until I harrassed them enough to do so. Keystone absolutely refuses to budge on the awning & the dealership in which I purchased it is of no help, even though the dealership knew the awning was bad & took pictures of it.

Keystne customer service will lie to you & say they are making phone calls to the repair shop & won't. Return calls are not an option with them, I have talked to 5 different people including a supervisor & still no help. They do not honor their own warranty or their poor crafstmanship. This company will never get my business again! & now I have to get an attorney to take care of this matter. This is one of the main reasons consumer confidence is so low & nobody wants to purchase these products.
