I bought a new Keysone Residence trailer in March of this year (2016), so far it has spent most of it's time at the dealer, R&R RV Liberty Lake Washington. The off door glide has not worked properly since I bought it. The dealer says there is not anything more that they can do to fix the problem. Attempt's to contact the manufacture're, have been far less than satisfactory. I did not know it was legal to build something and not stand behind your product.
