this individual's parents came to pick up the dress at the store, the father said that she didn't know how to take measurements correctly and had left additional room in the measurements; the outfits was made in the exact same measurements we received from this individual. when she received the outfit she said that it was big for her and i told her that if it was our mistake, we will make a new outfit for her. turned out that it was her fault and she had given us the wrong measurements. she wanted the outfit to be altered to her mother's measurements, which we did and after that she approached us asking for her money back. we did not feel that this was appropriate and that we did anything wrong and if it was our mistake, we would've stood by our product and services and did the appropriate thing to make sure that the customer was totally satisfied.

this is the 8th year we have been in business doing custom outfits, we also have a retail boutique in franklin park, new jersey. we do an honest business and if our reputation was that bad, people would see more complaints like this individual's. one lonely nasty comment is not going to break our business. you come across people who lie and people who want freebies all the time but that doesn't mean that people are always going to believe any and every nonsense such people blurt out for their own convenience.

i have copy/pasted the last email communication i had with this individul, which says it all!

you probably are not reading my emails carefully, the measurements, regardless of whether it is in cms or inches is not the issue here. you did not measure yourself correctly, the reason why the outfit came big. you trying to put words in my mouth saying that i admitted that we were wrong - does not alter the fact that i did not say that it was our fault and that you did not take your measurements right!

as for the rest of the crap you write, it shows who you are.

we will not be making you a new outfit neither will we be refunding your money. we made your outfit initially according to the measurements you send, we altered it according to your mother's measurements the way you wanted, you cannot convince anybody that it is not wearable, unless you damage the outfit again. you can send it to better business bureau and tell them the whole story the way it happened. we will tell them what really happened as well.

this will be the last time i will be responding to any email you might send.
