This is not a dealership! They are trained crooks swindlers and thieves! Beware!!!! Currently we're trapped in a contact for a car that doesn't run due to the transmission being completely gone! We just got the car in November. A 2015 Chrysler 200 limited edition. Automatic transmission, yet it felt like a stick shift when the gears shifted. When we spoke with the sales rep regarding this he assured us the car was in perfect condition. Now the car won't start but the lights come on. After getting the run around from the dealership who we're suppose to have a warranty with, we decided to jump the car and yes it started. However it won't move! In reverse or drive! The transmission is now completely gone! When we tried to turn the car off we couldn't because it wouldn't go into park either! Had to disconnect the battery. And still getting the run around from the dealership! What can we do about this? Any suggestions????

Here's an interesting update as to what's actually wrong with the car recently purchased on November 9, 2016. The 2015 Chrysler 200 limited edition has many recalls and after doing my own research, I found out there's an open recall on the vin # for the car we purchased from the dealership! So yes they sold us a car with a VERY AND I MEAN VERY DANGEROUS RECALL ON IT! When I contacted Chrysler on 3/18/17 regarding the recall for the vin on the car they requested to have it towed in at their expense so they can fix the issues immediately! Chrysler apologized for the fact that Kia sold the car with this recall in the 1st place as they were not suppose to sell us a car with an open recall! This recall was issued on August 22,2016! Really Kia? This dealership is putting families in deadly situations and I will be following through with exposing them for this! Alesha of Ellenwood, Georgia
