Kid to kid- Charlotte L-A-Z-Y Charlotte North Carolina

 I went into kid to kid in Charlotte. I had been there several times before to sell items but I was 2 to 3 minutes past the time they accepted items to sell so this time I went first thing in the morning. I had 5 large diaper boxes,a 30 gallon trash bag and 2 totes of clothes to sell . the sales associate had a nasty attitude from the time we walked through the door. It was evident she did want to go in the clothes because of the quantity . then she says they have a policy that when someone brings a large amount of clothes they look through the first 5-10 items in the box if those are items they will not accept they will not go through that box. I knew that was untrue because I had been to the arboretum location multiple times and this wasn't an issue. It really pissed me off so I had my husband grab the boxes and bags she hadn't went through yet. I didn't want her to unfold everything when I no I would have to go to another location. I has many name brand items but they were all mixed together so unless she went through all of it like she was supposed to she wouldn't find it. After we took most of our items we ended up getting 16$. We went straight to the kid to kid at the arboretum location. We immediately told the manager what we had just experienced. The manager told us the employee had lied and she would file a complaint to corporate on our behalf. The arboretum went through every piece of clothing and offered us 273.00 . that's a big difference than 16$. What upsets me the most is this women is paid to do a job that she is obviously to lazy to do. So if you need to resale your kids clothes I recommend you go to the kid to kid at the arboretum or once upon a child in pineville. Those are the best locations . I will never go back to the park road location.
