Kids.com, Justourkids We were scammed! Cherry Hill New Jersey

I recieved a letter from Kids.com that they were interested in my son for modelling. I called the office and I was sent an email confirming the appointment.

On June 2, 2007 we had an appointment with Kids.com in Cherry Hill, NJ.They said that my son was model material and he would get tons of work. We paid $595.00 and signed a contract for 5 years. They also kept my childs photos.

Since then I've been trying to get his pictures taken by the photographer they recommended. On July 28, 2007 we went to see the photographer and recieved the news that Kids.com went out of business. I've been trying to call the office everyday but I keep getting the answering machine.

I am very upset and I seek to file a lawsuit.
I want my money back, my son's photo's, personal information, traveling expenses, and punitive damages.

If other people have been scammed, seek Justice and file a class action lawsuit against this company please contact me.
