Only received 1 phone on December 12, 2006 asking if daughter could sit on her on for a period of time said "not completely by herself" and was told she was adorable & there will be many more opportunities; to keep in touch. Received a letter shortly after daughter was born that she was brought to their attention. Kids.com was a personal management firm that provides for print advertising and tv commeericals. Check website for examples of assignments our kids are currently performing. Not a school or training organization. If able to develop some info about child, it is possible tat we could be interested. So, I called set appt. up for September 11, 2006 around 3:00pm. Let me also note that I am traveling from North Branch, MN; over an hour to get there. Met with Tony Gray/ Director and Star (booker). complamented that child is beautiful & will do wonderful. Went through contract of What, Wheres, photographers etc. Signed & dated and paid $595.00 plus $40.00 in sitting fees (which photographer was in afton) another hour or more drive. Only received 1 phone call on Dec. 12, 2006 asking if child could sit by herself for period of time, I replied " not completely on her own" Star said, "She is adorable & there will be plenty of opportunities." That was the only call. I recently had childs 2nd round of photos which child is 15 months & noticed that her picture is not updated. The photographer replied she keeps getting proofs sent back, and is not really sure what is going on. Her child was part of the agency as well. I am able to bring up websites but no updated picture (same one at 3 months old) Called phone #612-285-2901 no longer in service but new # 612-920-3323 answered as kids.com left numerous messages to call back then tried again, now message says Grays Modeling Management. I have left numerous messages to call back & update us as clients or what is going on no return phone calls. I have also, called NY, NJ, Chicago, Philadelphia, Minneaoplis all numbers not avaible or disconnected. Did get answering maching for Kids.com NJ left 2 messages if they took over or knew what was going on & to please return call. Many times mailbox is full?? So, her I am on Sept. 6, 2007 just about 1 year from signing contract thinking I have been scammned and taken for time, money, and introducing my child to them. From what I have been reading I am not the only one & have contacted better business bureau and will fight for my right not to be scammned or taken for time, money, travel etc. Anyone else contracted with kids.com etc. please file reports!
