Kids.com ,Justourkids.com i guess I was scammed also Fairfield New Jersey

Well I am responding to the lady in New York. I too did my homework and checked out the BBB on this company before responding to the letter 5 years ago. We paid the 595 on our credit card and they said that if my son got a job that we could claim it on taxes and get our money back.

Well year 1, 2 3, 4 went by and no calls (well, I got a call but it was on our caller id and when I called back they said they called the next kid on the list. I said you have our cell phone and she said no we don't I said they specifically asked for it when we signed up and she said well give it to us now.

We were also told that when my son gets called it means he is hand picked to do the job, that he wouldn't be going to a casting call to try out.

LIE! He was actually called last spring for a Borders Shoot. We drove the hour and a half to NYC and were so excited and it was a regular casting call that lasted 1 minute. He was very disappointed when he never got called back.

That was the only call in 5 years he got. When my daughter was born 3 years ago I added her to the application. I was told that if I wanted her photo on the website that I would have to pay the $99.00. I didn't do it. She is just supposedly in a folder of other kids her age and when they get calls for her type her photo gets put in the batch.

I found this website because the other day I was thinking it is time to get a letter from them saying it is time to go get more photos. I wanted to check the website to see if my son is still online and the website isn't even coming up online so I started to get suspicious.

We have been travelling from Northeast PA to studios in NJ and now PA for 5 years now and now my son is interested in modeling and acting and I am very upset that this probably has been a waste of time. So if there is a lawsuit starting, include me in.
