I would like Kim to acknowledge the truth about my website and/or I would like Kim to specify what exactly about my website does not adhere to her standards of "offering real estate services".  I would like Kim to refer me to her contacts, if any, with the Department of Real Estate and the Attorney General's office, to verify what I need to do to ensure that I am once again BBB Accredited with the "A" rating that for years I worked hard to maintain with virtually no complaints.

On November 16, 2012, I received a call from "Gayle Welker" of the Attorney General's office. I called (619) 645-2088, spoke with Gayle regarding issues on "www.CredNet.com", and resolved them.

On December 18, 2012, I emailed Latrisha Foster. I had not paid the $365.00 fee, and I had also noticed that my 3-year old "A-" rating was suddenly an "F". Lona Luckett emailed me on December 20, 2012: I have looked at your website and it appears that you offer stand alone Credit Repair and Debt Reduction services to the general public. I found nothing on your website concerning real estate transactions, properties for sale, rent or lease, or any information or advisories to customers that you may only perform services in connection with real estate transactions.

I am a licensed real estate broker (DRE #01850467). I have never offered debt settlement services and there is nothing on my website indicating this. "Real estate is mentioned 12 times. The Home Page drives my website traffic to "www.OwnerCarry.com" which allows you to "List Your Property" and "Search Property". I provided a dozen client references and dozens of real estate and other documents in response to Lona's email.

I spoke with Kim Burge on January 7. She interrupted constantly and spoke condescendingly. She says I offer standalone credit repair services and that "www.OwnerCarry.com" does not offer real estate services. I have since sent her more info and I await her response. I hope the truth prevails.

Another Lie From Kim Burge

AUTHOR: CredNet - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 14, 2013

Kim Burge wrote this comment.  I don't think it is very professional to call someone a "dummy, especially as a representative of the Better Business Bureau.

I have never offered debt settlement services and the website does not say "debt settlement" anywhere.

Gayle Weller of the Attorney Generals office and I have spoken on the phone and have emailed one another regarding the legality of CredNet Corporation, and Gayle agrees with my interpretation of the Credit Services Act, which Gayles office authored, and it states:

"A. The Credit Services Act of 1984 (Civ. Code 1789.10 et seq.)... B. Statutory Exemptions (Civ. Code 1789.12(a), (b), 1789.19(b).)The following individuals and institutions are excluded from the requirements set out in the Act... 5) Licensed real estate brokers performing an act for which a license is required under the Real Estate Law (Bus. Prof. Code 1000 et seq.) and who are acting within the course and scope of that license."

CredNet Corporation is a real estate brokerage.  My impeccable track record with clients, the Department of Real Estate, business and real estate lawyers, and the 3 years of history maintaining an "A" rating and Better Business Bureau accreditation are testament to the fact that the real issue here is not my business - it's Kim Burge.  Because CredNet Corporation provides credit repair services within the course and scope of a real estate broker's license, it is exempted from registering as a "Credit Services Organization".

When given the opportunity, Kim Burge, albeit she is no attorney, nor a real estate broker, nor does she have any other remotely qualifying designation that I am aware of, cannot clearly define what "exempt" means, nor specifically why my business is suddenly not "exempt" in her eyes and her eyes alone.  After 3 years of being accredited and maintaining an "A" rating and working with thousands of clients, if by having a "scam" as she has insulted me by saying, why is it that not one person agrees with her except (of course) her subordinates?

Albert Einstein once said, Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.  Kim Burge, you've made your mistakes here, so I suggest you demonize someone new who actually deserves it.  Kim, you possess immense power as a representative of the Better Business Bureau, and I will do everything I possibly can to find a way to stop you from abusing your powers if I have to.  CredNet Corporation isn't just my business - it's my life...

Look at your website dummy (crednet.com). It is plastered all over it "credit repair and debt settlement". You look like a scam that got caught and are now complaining. Instead of complaining, fix the website and get some credibility back.

I don't think ripoffreport.com is set-up for sour grapes posts and personal slander. It took me 30 seconds to discover that what you said in your original post about your business was untrue. Why would I believe anything else you post?
