Kimball Roofing Above All Roofing Incompetent Roofer Heber City Utah

This roofer used a preprinted contract on which the salesman used the vague term "General Maintenance “on my roof and gutters, but promised specific repairs.  The owner sent an unsupervised and unskilled employee whose work actually made the leaks worse, even after 2 tries.    When I pointed out the problems, the owner turned very nasty and refused to honor his warranty and threatened to sue me. I had to hire another qualified roofing company to fix the leaks.  They showed me that Kimball had used poor technique and substandard materials.  Kimball lost in the subsequent court case, in which he continuously embarrassed himself.   He was ordered out of the courtroom at one point for his outbursts. The judge ruled his contract was flawed, unconscionable and unenforceable and dismissed his suit with prejudice.
