About 12 to 15 years ago i lived in some apartments in the city of Colton California off of Washington st. At this complex they had security that was no where to be found at the time that i was robbed and stabbed, the very next day i went to the office, let the manager know i was moving because of this incident gave her the key and took off with all my belongings. About 1 year to 1 year and a 1/2 ago Kimball and tirey sent paper work to my job to begin garnishing my wages. So far kimball tirey have taken $3000. From me. I got tired of it and began to research them online. come to find out I'm only one of thousands that they've been ripping off.. From a $700. Dollar month that i supposedly owed turned into $7000.00 because of "interest".. Somebody please help me to stop Kimball tirey from these thousands of robberies that have and continue to occur...

Same incident at terracinas Ontario California

AUTHOR: Diana - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 02, 2017

I was robbed by my neighbors, lost all new furniture due to plumbing issues and insect issues due to horribly maintained duck pond. I was told by apartment manager when I left 1 month early of 6 month lease that they realized they put me on "wrong side" of complex, the more dangerous section, versus the less dangerous side. About 8 years later, my wages are garninshed by my employer at the time, Vons, whose policy is "management employees only are informed of wage garnishment before they are honored. The corporation believes management has the right to know, other employees don't. This being said, I was not given the opportunity to contest garnishment. In addition the Arcadia corporate office is the location I am paid from. Kimball tirey and st John filed the wage garnishment through the Sacramento corporate office and this office listed a extremely higher weekly pay for me which is the percentage they took from my paycheck. Kimball filed against me in about 4 different counties until Sacramento Vons adhered. Kimball then went and filed a lien and additional fee with the orange county courts and set up payments to be received in San Bernardino sheriff department which also included additional handling fees for me. Kimball said I lost in court by default. I hired an attorney to locate this file to see evidence provided against me at said hearing. She could not locate it, it doesn't exist. In the beginning my attorney was going to go banggustors against tirey. I waited and no word. I then left a message for helaine Ashton, attorney who supposedly filed and I lost to by default. No response, then my attorney finally calls only to tell me I am not allowed to contact firm. Well, when will you and I was under the impression that my file was public record? No, my lawyer tells me she doesn't have to give access to file. Of course not, it does not exist. My lawyer said she will negotiate with firm. This amount of work by my attorney ends my 1000.00 retainer. She negotiates with calling center, no attorneys. I get the pleasure of fedexing 6500.00 by end of day to close my 800.00 claim, which I did. After I researched the documents attached to wage assignment, the judge who signed original case in 2005 had been deceased since 1999. I am sure my frustrations are apparent in this writing today. Something needs to be done to stop this deplorable company and extreme miscarriage of Justice.
