The owner of this company does not provide the services as described on the company website.  Once a client has paid for one service, Kimberly Jessy begins to sell more services at various prices.  The first service is the New York Times Bestsellers program.  Kimberly Jessy claims her company can prepare an author to become a New York Times Best Seller.  She claims she has published several books; but once it was discovered to be untrue, several clients left the program and requested refunds.  When clients cancel services, Kimberly Jessy and her attorney, Chloe Beniot start sending threatening and harassing emails stating they are going to ruin the reputations of those clients.  Chloe Benoit has been reporting to the California State Bar Association for fraudulently posing as an attorney.  Additionally, Kimberly Jessy has sent many threatening text messages and emails as well as posted defaming Facebook posts.

The Truth

AUTHOR: Rain Adams - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, January 19, 2013

I have worked with Kimberly Jessy Companies for over 2 years with great success.  Kimberly and her entire team has been nothing but kind and generous throughout our years working together.  I am now currently in her New York Times Best Seller Course.  This course is valuable and I am very familiar with the situation that sparked this report, which is farthest from the truth.

It is my belief that this report is a personal vendetta.  This is truly a tragedy that could have been worked out amongst two professional women and not in the public eye through the bashing of a company that the writer of this report was once happy and excited with.  Shame on you Queen...

P.S.  I do plan on continuing my working relationship with Kimberly Jessy and her team because it is life changing.
