First I will respond to the allegations about misrepresenting myself as a "nurse and nurse practitioner" Kimberly Serino found some listing on the web of 40 MASSAGE THERAPISTS that was not created by me nor was I aware of its existance until she pointed it out by sending it to my EMPLOYER in an attempt to get me fired from my place of employment (because she is SICK like that!). That listing has been removed over a year ago, if you click on it you will find it has been REMOVED at my request, however, that site has not removed it from their main page and there is nothing that I can do about that. I am not responsible for content created by radaris engines.  

If you take the time to look at that entire list you will see many people being misrepresented as Doctors, Attorneys, and Chiropractors, but I dont see Kimberly Serino contacting their employers or other agencies and stalking them over the listings... why is that? Oh, because she isnt obsessed with attacking those people.

And No I am not on any public services, and even if I were that would certainly not be a good reason to stalk and harass anyone, shame on you Kimberly Serino, I do not know how you sleep at night being such a vile human being.

Since Kimberly Serino wants to twist her own version of events about what happened in the last hearing I would like to provide you with what REALLY took place.

In a nut shell Kimberly Serino attempted to accuse me of stalking her minor child and accused me of enlisting the help of "two convicted felons" to stalk and harass her child.

The first hearing date was rescheduled because she never bothered to have me served, nearly a month passed and only ONE WEEK before the new hearing date (June 15th) she attempted to have the Sheriff serve me at my place of employment on my day off, I was informed of it the following evening when I worked next. They never attempted to serve me at my home. When I called the Sheriff the following morning to inquire as to why the had not served me at my home they stated "this was the address that she gave us to serve you." She KNOWS my home address, she DELIBERATELY gave them my work address instead.

I then contacted the court and I asked them to allow the case to continue in lieu of service as to not further inconvenience my place of work with Kimberly Serino's constant harassment. That was Friday June 17th, the hearing was on Wednesday June 22nd.

At the hearing Serino was allowed to speak first, this is a good thing because it gave me a chance to first address her most recent claims.

She mostly rambled on about the supposed "Felon" that lives 5 minutes away from her and about how dangerous he is and even alleged that he was a murder and arsonist, she then went on to claim that she had statements from her friends (names withheld) attesting to how dangerous he is. She even claimed she had the police at her home only the day before about him.

So when it was my turn to speak I first began by addressing her statement "I have a statement I would like to read to the court but first I would like to address what she just said. She is not being entirely honest with you about her relationship with (name withheld,) he is the president of a very high profile animal rescue and both she and her friends the (names withheld) worked for him and whatever PROFESSIONAL issues they have with him have NOTHING to do with me."

That being addressed I then read my prepared statement:

Your Honor,

I came before you on May 4th 2016 under the advisement of the Garden Grove Police Department’s officer (namewithheld) in an attempt to obtain a restraining order against Kimberly Serino after she had threatened the managers of the company that I work for via email and then called them at least twice in an attempt to get me fired. I had been told by the police that unless there was a threat of physical harm or extortion the only way they could help me was if I obtained a restraining order and they directed me to the courthouse to do so.

At my hearing on May 4th I came prepared to prove to you that Kimberly Serino has in the past used the courts to further harass her former victims by claiming that there is a “conspiracy” against her. All of her her attempts in NJ courts have resulted in dismissals as there is no evidence whatsoever of the allegations that she is making because there is no “conspiracy” and many of the people named in that court action had no prior contact with one another prior to that court action. At the hearing on May 4th you dismissed my case and stated that you did not want to see “Any” of us in your courtroom again.

Now Kimberly Serino has used our counties e-file system to file an action against me in retaliation. I first came to know of this action when I was notified by several people on faceook that she had posted details of the hearing on social media. I have not been served. Thursday of last week I was told by a coworker that the Sheriff had attempted to serve me the day before at my place of work on my night off. In Friday of last week I contacted the Sheriff to inquire as to why they did not serve me at my home, they stated that Kimberly Serino had given them that address to serve me and that service was unsuccessful. Not wanting to have my employer further disrupted I contacted your office to ask if we can just move on with this hearing instead of prolonging it.

In Kimberly Serino’s statement against me she claims that I enlisted two “convicted felons” to threaten her and her minor child, this is absolutely untrue, the men that she named in that statement are the president of a high profile animal rescue a talk radio show host in NJ.

She mentions in her statement that I have contacted CPS, Animal Control, her daughters friends, her daughters school and claims that I have posted photos and videos of her daughter. I have never had nor obtained ANY photographs or “downloads” of her daughter. I have never directly nor indirectly contacted her child, her child’s friends, or school. Nor have I ever suggest that anyone should do so. To my knowledge no one has contacted her daughter, her daughters school, or her daughters friends. I have never contacted CPS or Animal Control, and I have no personal knowledge of anyone doing so.

Kimberly Serino also falsely claims that I represented myself as a “Nurse and Nurse Practitioner,” Kimberly Serino also claims that I “posted confidential medical information” on the web, I have never done that, I also never gave her any “medical advice” and never claimed to her that I was a nurse or nurse practitioner, because I am not and never have been a nurse.

I am enclosing threats made by Kimberly Serino via email last spring regarding the NJ court action that she named me and multiple people in, a copy of the court notification where many of us were added to the witness list, her blog posts about me with false allegations including claims that I sleep with my clients. And statements made on facebook the day of my hearing on May 4th mocking the events of that hearing as well as emails stating that the “convict” Serino claims lives 5 minutes from her is supposedly the godfather of her child and entrusted in Kimberly Serino’s will and that she has claimed in the past that he has threatened her back in 2014 when she and I were still “friends” on facebook.

Enclosed also is a FOIL report from Suffolk County NY that states that they are unable to find any police reports about me in the county in which Kimberly Serino and her child reside and a recent communication between Kimberly Serino and a court in NJ where she attempted to reopen her case against another woman using the exact same allegations that she is using in this case.

I am asking you to consider the evidence that I am providing of her ongoing harassment and false allegations and consider dismissing this action or at the very least postponing it until I can obtain legal counsel due to the criminal nature of what she is alleging.

I thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

And that was the extent of what I said in court

After that the judge asked Kimberly Serino if she had anything to add, she shifted the topic back to the "felon" again, the judge then asked her when was the last time she was in contact with him and she replied "Yesterday"

At that point the judge made up his mind, he looked directly at me  and stated that he was denying Kimberly Serino's request for a restraining order and that I had shown "preponderance of the evidence." He even smiled at me. I smiled too as I said "Thank you your honor!" and skipped merrily out of that court room.

There were no tears, and no "lawyering up" as Kimberly Serino is claiming, other than in my statement where I said:

"I am asking you to consider the evidence that I am providing of her ongoing harassment and false allegations and consider dismissing this action or at the very least postponing ituntil I can obtain legal counsel due to the criminal nature of what she is alleging."

And that is what you call the TRUTH, the WHOLE Truth and NOTHING but the TRUTH

And just a reminder, everything that was submitted to the courts, and everything that was stated in court is a matter of PUBLIC RECORD and can and may be obtained by ANYONE, and I highly suggest that the president of that high profile animal rescue should obtain a copy of what was said in that hearing as it mostly pertains to false allegations against him.

In 2011, Susan P Stelljes, patsy of Susan Marino Founder of Angel's Gate Animal Hospice and Rehab, has staunchly defended Susan Marino. Even After Marino was busted by Peta, NY Attorney General, and Delaware County NY Police. Susan Marino (See PetAbuse.Com a verified site) was charged with Many Counts of Animal Cruelty. She pled quilty , was n probation and now has very limited court permission to be near anmals. 

In 2012, the NYAG closed Angels Gate Animal Rehab and Hospice in Delhi NY and legally pursued Marino for Misuse of funds and many other Not For Profit Violations. 

In 2015 Susan Marino's House, which was paid for with donations (as well as Taxes, plus she collected rent from the donations and a long list of other violations) was confiscated by the NYAG. I was very involved through all phases of Susan Marino's demise. Having volunteered, I provided pictures, documents, affidavits from witnesses for the authorities, HSUS , ASPCA , Charities Bureau and especially the NYAG in Binghampton, Michael Danaher. I invite anyone to call him, Adam P HSUS, Jeff E ASPCA, Pat K HSUS, to verify that I supplied a large percentage and spearheaded the prosecution, closure and effort to get animals out of that DEATH CAMP. I ran across Susan Stelljes while running a Facebook page "Angel's Gate Victims" and other pages. It was in an effort to unite animals with their owners or rescues, show graphic pictures of animals who had suffered under Susan Marino's care, botched surgeries, starvation, denied water, killed by other animals, neglected, rotting infected limbs and wounds, denied vet care for everything including infections etc, etc.

Susan Stelljes of Portland Oregon showed up on my pages like "Beetlejuice" Reporting them to Facebook for removal. Her motivation was that,  She called Susan Marino and asked her if she abused animals. Susan Marino obvioulsy lied and said "No." From there Susan Stelljes Became Susan Marino's social media hitman. Stalking, Stalking my child, stalking ANYONE who posted on my pages, contacting family friends neighbors, friends, other rescues by public and private message. 

7 years of an openly self admitted Bi-Polar diagnosed woman who not only harassed me, but MANY others. Urgent Part 2 didn't adopt a dog to her from NY to Oregon, she harassed them. A woman in Oregon opened a competing Oregon History page, she called her cicious names and stalked her using her sister Vivian Dus' name. 

Susan Stelljes is a not a very well educated person. She reportedly has never worked. For a brief period, I tried to be friends with her. She is not very bright. She has a Trumpism in the fact she latches on to an obvious lie and adopts it, expands and believes it. Outrageous Facts such as, Susan Marino was given 6 months probation but plead NOT GUILTY. No one Pleads Not Guilty and serves Probation. That's a no brainer.

Kimberly Serino has tried to claim that several people were the origional author of this report, for several years now she has used this rip off report in bogus court actions that she has initated againts multiple people in multiple states and counties across the nation claiming that each of those people has been the author of this report

Kimberly Serino wants this report removed, however, a search of how rip off reports work clearly explains that even the origional poster cannot remove a rip off report and the only way to have it removed is through arbitration

The continued harassment of people through the court system with false allegations and lies has gone too far, Kimberly Serino needs to stop wasting tax payer money and the courts time with her false allegations and waived court fees

I have to disagree with the people stating you should not hire Kimberly Serino, if you want a paralegal that is willing to relentlessly stalk and harass people she is your girl! 

Ms. Serino is still making claims of being a Certified Paralegal despite the fact she has yet to prove her credentials. She was reported to NALA who had no record of her in their system.

She continues to use fake credentials on her emails to individuals. Her most recent was within the past few months.

Her pattern of stalking and harassment is criminal. Yet, she is constantly filing frivolous lawsuits against those she attacks.

Kim Serino continues to harass people on social networking sites. She has had several court cases for harassment filed against her. She has used fake profiles to spread false information about people. She threatens people with legal action and yet she doesn't have a virtual leg to stand on.

Her most recent attack against me was filing a false report to the Department of Human Services against me with regard to my sister. She has NEVER met me or my sister and lives 3000 miles away and yet she accused me of abusing my sister and stealing her money.

She used a fake profile to contact a former employer claiming I was stalking her and I stole her identity.

She will contact employers, friends and family to harass people. She has no moral or ethical boundaries. She has done this to numerous people and continues to do so.

I know that Kim Serino has represented herself as a certified paralegal and yet she is not employed in this field whatsover.

I do know that she is a disturbed individual who uses social media to stalk, harass and libel innocent people. She has crossed legal and moral lines to spread lies about individuals. She cannot be trusted. Anyone who would consider hiring her for any legal job should be warned that she does not respect confidentiality.
