kimberly weis fashion x, Defective DVD Collection Purchased from these companies. Purchased two series, Evening Shade and Designing Women. None, absolutely, none of the DVD's are watchable. They will not play in any dvd, Internet

Recently purchased two sets of dvd's from internet stores listed as cornerdvdstore.net and planetdvdstore.com.  The dvd's are not operable.  They will not play - skip, stop, voice issues, start in middle of program, etc. - They have been tested on numerous dvd players.

The internet store was contacted immediately.  They have been uncooperative, defensive in tone, and unwilling to honor their return policy that is clearly stated on the above referenced web sites.

Two primary reasons for filing this report:  1.  Buyer beware and  2.  how can I proceed to rectify this mistake in judgement by doing business with these internet stores. 

By the way, the purchases show company names of JS Marketing in Canda and Fashion X in China.
