I ordered flowers for my sister who was having a bad day. I wanted to cheer her up.
I went online and typed in florists in the town where she works.
Kim's Florist came up, I chose them because they said same day delivery.
I went ahead and placed the order.
Flowers $35.96
Shipping $14.99
Sales tax $3.95
TOTAL $54.90
June 21, 2017 - 10:18 AM I receive email Order Received- Thank You . Your order has been received along with Order #.
June 21, 2017 - 1:57 PM I emailed and asked when they would be delivered. Heard nothing.
June 21, 2017 - 4:46 PM I received email stating my Kim's Florist order from June 21st has been refunded.
It may take up to 5-7 days for the refund to show up on your account.
June 21, 2017 - 4:55 PM I emailed them back and asked why it was refunded.
I have still not heard back from them.
I tried to call them again this morning and ask why.
I looked them back up on the internet and stumbled upon this.
I wish I had seen this yesterday.
