KinderCare Learning Center Understaffed, cheating employees on pay Renton Washington

KinderCare is notoriously understaffed, after all, not the most glorious long term career.

Well, because it is understaffed, one of the things is employees have to work extra hours to attempt to have the legal ratios of room teachers to kids in the room.

But KinderCare payroll services are dishonest. They have failed to pay 13 hours overtime so far ( 2 + 5 + 6).  Other employees have quit due to this rat race. Insufficient employees: more of a rat race.

You would think that if they are understaffed, then payroll wouldn't have to be so dishonest and cheet on the overtime; Down an employee, use that funding to pay for the overtime for the beleigered employee who is trying to help them keep above water.

I really think that if L&I were to perform a close, detailed audit, the place would be in a lot of trouble.
