This center is a horrible place to work at. Management is unfair with their staff. There is no way you can make management happy. I worked there for over 7 years. At first, it was a great center to work at.

They cut the employees hours to the point that staff had a hard time paying their bills. Management scheduled the employees so they did not get a morning or afternoon breaks. I know of at least two employees who had bathroom accidents because management would not give them a break. 

Parents never knew where their children were going to be. Because of the employee cut hours, they would shift kids just so they could send a teacher home.This caused the classroom to be out of ratio per the childs age. It is documented in the Licensors report.

Teachers were expected to put contact paper on their classroom walls when they should have been dealing with the children in their classroom. The teachers had to have their classroom clean by the time their last child left at night, again not providing the care of the children, as the teacher should be. Having a mop bucket in a room is not safe. It is dangerous for the children, as well as the parents coming to pick up their children.

Many times the staff and children were hurt because of unsave conditions.
